Terms & Conditions
In these conditions the following expressions shall be given the following meanings:
Party – the period during which a Therapist/s shall provide Treatment/s to the Host and Guest/s (may also be referred to as Party/Pamper Party)
Host – any person, firm, company or organisation placing an order with My Pamper Party for a Party (the client)
Guest/s – attendees of the party receiving Treatment/s including the Host. This may include employees of the Host if the Host is a company or organisation
Therapist/s – any professional qualified practitioner who is supplied by My Pamper Party on a Freelance basis with a view to carrying out Treatment/s for or on behalf of My Pamper Party (may also be referred to as freelance beauty and/or holistic therapist and/or make-up artist)
Treatment/s – care given by the Therapist/s by procedures or applications that are intended to relieve stress or to enhance well being or for enjoyment/relaxation purposes
Venue – place provided by the Host for the Party to take place (home, hotel, rented cottage)
My Pamper Party shall not be liable to the Host or the Therapist/s or the Guest/s for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the said Host or Therapist/s or Guest/s. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether wilful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the Party on the part of the Host or the Therapist/s or the Guest/s. The Host acknowledges that My Pamper Party fees are set on the basis that it has no such liability.
The Therapist/s is entitled to pre-scheduled breaks during the course of the engagement. These may be taken as individual breaks or as an elongated break depending on arrangements with the Host.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
This information is provided as a guide only. Each Therapist/s provided by My Pamper Party is instructed on a freelance basis and therefore each Therapist/s may work slightly differently from another. If the Host or Guest/s has something more specific in mind then this should mentioned at the point of enquiry (failing that at when Booking or to the Therapist/s at the beginning of the Treatment/s). We cannot guarantee the fulfilment of any requests not stated at the point of enquiry.
30 mins – shape, cuticle work, hand/arm massage, paint
20 mins – shape and hand/arm massage with cuticle work, oil and buff OR shape and hand/arm massage with polish
15 mins – file/polish OR file/cuticles/oil and buff
30 mins – shape, cuticle work, exfoliation, massage, paint
20 mins – shape, exfoliation, massage, paint
15 mins – shape, massage, paint
30 mins – cleanse, exfoliation, mask, massage and moisturiser
20 mins – cleanse, mask, massage and moisturiser
30 mins – back, neck and shoulder massage or head, neck and shoulder massage
20 mins – hand/arm massage or leg/foot massage
(in some areas Indian Head Massage may be available but this cannot be guaranteed and should be requested in advance)
*manicures and pedicures do not include a French Polish, if the Host or Guest/s requests this in advance then My Pamper Party will endeavour to accommodate this request. Please note however, this may result in an additional charge to the package price (to be agreed at the point of enquiry) and unfortunately a French Polish cannot be guaranteed.
My Pamper Party would suggest that any nail polish is removed in advance in order to make the most of the treatment time available.
When opting for a 15 minute treatment the Host and/or Guest/s will need to be realistic about what can be achieved within that time frame.
My Pamper Party operates equal opportunities policies governing its dealings with employees, Freelance Therapists, Host and Guests.
My Pamper Party may update these terms from time-to-time by posting a new version on My Pamper Party website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.
These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
The following Terms and Conditions relate to services provided by My Pamper Party of 1 Kenney Drive, Wick, Littlehampton, BN17 7TA
My Pamper Party recommend that all Bookings are made a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks in advance. A Party at short notice will be considered, however, My Pamper Party reserves the right to levy an administration fee of 10% of the total cost of the Booking any Party arranged at short notice (2 weeks or less).
The Host will pay a £20.00 Non-Refundable Deposit upon Booking a Party, including a party at short notice. This Deposit is not transferable or refundable except at the discretion of a My Pamper Party representative. No Therapist/s will be contacted or booked without a Deposit.
The Host is responsible for providing an accurate address and relevant contact details for the Party. My Pamper Party will have no liability for any loss of treatment time due to inaccurate address information. The Host shall also provide two contact numbers at the point of Booking (one of which must be a landline).
The Host will allow a minimum of 3-4 hours for a Party – a Party with less than a 3-4 hour window for Treatment/s must be agreed with a My Pamper Party Representative before Booking and will result in additional charges (as a general guide this would be approximately £10.00 per half hour to 3 hours, per Therapist).
The Host should state if they, or any Guest/s, has any medical conditions and/or if they are pregnant before making a Booking (or as soon as this information becomes available if a Booking has already been placed). The Host acknowledges that not all Treatment/s will be suitable for Guest/s who are pregnant.
All fees for services arranged are to be pre-paid – unless alternative arrangements have been made with a representative of My Pamper Party. The full balance will be due at least 7 days prior to the party. Once a Therapist/s has been confirmed, and the Final Balance requested, then the Host will be bound by this price even if a Guest/sdoesnot have their Treatment/s. Payment can be made via a secure page using PayPal.
My Pamper Party will, prior to the Party, take all reasonable endeavours to introduce a suitable Therapist/s to the Host. My Pamper Party will obtain all relevant work permits where necessary and also satisfy all medical requirements, qualifications and insurance as may be required by law in relation to engagement of a Therapist/s.
The Host acknowledges that the Therapist/s provided are not employees of My Pamper Party, each Therapist/s is self-employed or engaged under a contract for services.
Changes to the Booking
Changes made to the Party Schedule, Treatment/s and/or Address with less than 48 hours notice may result in the termination of the party with no refund. My Pamper Party will try to accommodate changes with less than 48 hours notice, however, the Host may incur a fee of 10% of the balance payment for Party Schedule, Treatment/s and Address changes and this will increase to 20% of the balance payment for address changes more than 5 miles from the original party location.
Changes made to the Party Schedule, Treatment/s or Address with less than 7 days notice will incur an Administration Fee of £10.00.
Changes made to the Party Schedule by My Pamper Party for whatever reason will not incur additional charges.
If the Host cancels the Party with at least 7 days notice, they will be entitled to a refund of monies paid, excluding the Deposit. However, the Party can be transferred to an alternative date for an additional payment of £15.00.
If less than 7 days notice is received, 50% of the total cost of the Party will be refunded, excluding the Deposit. The Party cannot be transferred to an alternative date unless agreed by a My Pamper Party Representative.
Refunds for individual Treatment/s cannot be provided if the Treatment/s is cancelled with less than 7 days notice. It is suggested that any cancelled Treatment/s time is shared between the remaining Guest/s.
If the Party is cancelled by My Pamper Party a full refund, including the Deposit, will be provided.

It is hereby acknowledged by the Host that the Therapist/s is entitled to pre-scheduled breaks during the course of the engagement. These may be taken as individual breaks or as an elongated break depending on prior arrangement with the Host. Although My Pamper Party have not allocated breaks, please respect that pampering is hard work and especially in between a more strenuous Treatment/s such as massage and reflexology, the Therapist/s may require a short break.
The Host will ensure that adequate space is provided, as advised by My Pamper Party or the Therapist/s, in order for the Therapist/s to perform their Treatment/s. A couch is often used for Treatment/s and is usually 6 foot long so please ensure there is adequate room for the Therapist/s to walk around the bed.
The Host may be asked to provide standard tables and chairs and water refreshments.
The Host is responsible for protecting their belongings and to cover any carpets, tables, etc appropriately.
The Host will cover the cost of therapist parking/if any – as agreed prior to the party.
Freelance Therapist/s require a smoke free environment.
The Host will ensure that the Freelance Therapist/s is warmly welcomed upon their arrival. (heavy equipment, etc). Assist with stairs?
My Pamper Party will not liable for ambience of Party due to the location/room chosen for Treatment/s as this is not provided by My Pamper Party.
The Host will ensure that all Guest/s have signed appropriate consent documentation prior to receiving Treatment/s. Therapists are not responsible for any allergic reactions ifconsent has been given for Treatment/s or allergies were not declared.
My Pamper Party are aware that pamper parties are social events, however, if the Therapist/s feel too much alcohol has been consumed before a Treatment/s they are well within their rights not to offer that Treatment/s to the Guest/s concerned. The Host will take all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Guest/s limit the intake of alcoholic beverages prior to receiving Treatment/s. The legal limit for driving is a suitable guideline. Therapist/s may refuse Treatment/s to any Host or Guest/s deemed to be behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, with no refund. It is dangerous to carry out Treatment/s on a person who is intoxicated.
The Host will ensure that pets and small children will be kept away from all products and equipment to prevent accident or injury.
The Host will ensure that Guest/s arrive in time for their pre-scheduled Treatment/s. The Freelance Therapist/s will make every effort to accommodate any changes due to lateness but in such an event My Pamper Party will have no liability for any loss of Treatment/s time.
The Therapist/s has the right to charge for any delays caused by the Host or Guest/s, resulting in a delay of more than 30 minutes from the agreed Party Schedule. The amount of £10.00 for every 30 minute delay should be paid by cash or cheque directly to the Therapist/s providing Treatment/s.
My Pamper Party will do its utmost to ensure the completion of the engagement in its entirety. If any Therapist/s is unable to perform his/her full engagement due to sickness, injury or any other reason My Pamper Party will use all reasonable endeavours to fulfil its obligation by providing an alternative Therapist/s. Should any part of the engagement not be fulfilled in its entirety, My Pamper Party will deduct on a pro-rata basis the cost of the unfulfilled portion of the engagement.
My Pamper Party shall not be liable to the Host or Guest/s for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the Host or the Guest/s. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether willful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the Party on the part of the Freelance Therapist/s or the Host or the Guest/s. The Host acknowledges that My Pamper Party charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability.
Bathrobe and Footspa Hire
Payment for Bathrobes and Footspas will be requested within the final balance.
My Pamper Party will arrange to have these items delivered to the Host in the week of the Party on a mutually agreed date and address. A Refundable Deposit must be paid via PayPal before the items will be dispatched. To avoid confusion we suggest that a preferred date and location is included at the point of Booking.
In order that the items do not have to be removed at the end of the party – and spoil the atmosphere – My Pamper Party will arrange collection of the items in the week after the party. Once the items have been received and checked My Pamper Party we arrange a refund of the Refundable Deposit.
My Pamper Party will not accept liability for the actions of third parties such as the courier or missed delivery which result in the items being unavailable on the date of the party.
In some circumstances we can arrange for a Therapist/s to collect the items at the end of the Party and return to My Pamper Party – however this cannot be guaranteed. Please do mention this when Booking if you would require this service as it may incur an additional charge and the Therapist/s and/or My Pamper Party will not accept liability for damage caused to the said items from the point of leaving the Party to the return to the My Pamper Party office.
Please note that due to Health and Safety Legislation these foot spas are non-electrical (not battery operated).
Vouchers, Promotional Offers and Products
Gift vouchers can be purchased to offer a range of Treatment/s to the value of your choice. They make ideal gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, valentines or Christmas. Vouchers are valid twelve months from the date of purchase. They are not transferable or refundable. See website for specific terms & conditions applied to vouchers, promotional offers or products.
My Pamper Party will endeavour to provide appropriate engagement opportunities for you to provide your services as a Freelance Therapist. My Pamper Party shall provide engagement opportunities based on geographic and skills suitability. My Pamper Party accept no liability for failing to provide engagements.
The Therapist will maintain and produce evidence thereof to My Pamper Party at his or her own expense adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance cover in respect of his or her personal liability and all claims arising out of any failure to carry out any obligations and/or in respect of any negligence or damage or any other failure whatsoever in relation to any engagement undertaken under this agreement.
Therapists are not employees of My Pamper Party. Each Therapist is self-employed or engaged under a contract for services. The Therapist will provide his or her services as an Independent Contractor and should not be considered in any way or at any time to be an employee of My Pamper Party.
The Therapist hereby indemnifies My Pamper Party in respect of any claims that may be made by the relevant authorities against My Pamper Party in respect of Income Tax or National Insurance or similar contributions relating to the services of the Therapist/s hereunder.
Party Bookings – Therapist Assignment
Registered Therapists are contacted via email or telephone for availability and at this stage will be advised of brief details of the assignment including hourly rate of freelance pay.
Please note you may not receive further details until 7-14 days before the party date so do not assume the booking will not be taking place – always check (ALWAYS advise My Pamper Party if you are no longer able to attend).
On expectance of the assignment will then be sent an assignment confirmation letter 7 days prior to the assignment date via email including full details of the assignment, schedule of Treatment/s/services and confirmation of freelance pay.
Should check Party Schedule and confirm receipt and acceptance.
Working at a Party
You will be representative of My Pamper Party and on all engagements you will:
a) arrive at the venue at a previously agreed time (15-30 minutes prior to party start time to set up to ensure you are setup before the first Guest/s arrives or Treatment/s are due to commence)
b) provide reasonable notice to My Pamper Party regarding any problems with your attendance so that an alternative Therapist can be organised (by contacting your Party Contact on the number provided)
c) ring the Host if you are running late– a contact number for the Host can be found on the Party Schedule
d) act in a professional and respectable manner at all times maintain a professional and friendly persona at all times, ensuring you are well presented, dressed appropriately (smart uniform is required – professional tunic or smart black t-shirt)and refrain from the use of intoxicating substances during and prior to the engagement (including smoking)
e) be self-sufficient, providing your own products and equipment for the Treatment/s offered and as appropriate for the therapy provided (to include towels and an appropriate range of nail polish colours in good condition)
f) contact the Host the week of the party to introduce yourself and discuss the arrangements
g) take reasonable precautions to protect the area where Treatment/s are being completed and/or notify the Host immediately of any concerns regarding the area make the Host aware of any issues regarding the area for Treatment/s as soon as they arise
The Therapist/s will respect the confidentiality of the Host and/or Guest/s and will not discuss or disclose information of a personal nature to any third party without the explicit consent of the Host and/or Guest/s. The Therapist/s should not treat the Host and/or Guest/s without a signed Consultation Form (if necessary you can use your own forms). The Therapist/s has the right to decline to treat a Host or Guest/s if they have consumed too much alcohol/will not complete a Consultation Form. Call your Pamper Party Contact if there are any problems.
Therapist/s have the right to charge for any delays caused by the Host or Guest/s, resulting in a delay of more than 30 Minutes from the agreed Treatment/s schedule. The amount of £10.00 for every 30 Minute delay should be paid by cash or cheque directly to the therapist providing Treatment/s before you leave the party. Delays caused by other Therapist/s should be notified immediately to the My Pamper Party Contact and will be dealt with at this point.
The Therapist/s may display business cards and other promotional material while on an engagement. The Therapist/s may promote their own services but will refrain from selling or promoting any third party product or service while on engagement. The Therapist/s will refrain from offering parties or group bookings to any Host or Guest/s they acquire through working with My Pamper Party. All such bookings shall be dealt with directly by My Pamper Party unless otherwise agreed.
Your Safety and Security
Make contact with the host before the date of the party (ideally on a landline)
Check the route in advance
Make contact with other Therapist/s attending before the date of the party
Advise someone where you will be going and how long you expect to be – advise someone if you will be late
Notify your My Pamper Party Contact when you arrive at the party and once you have completed your assignment
After the Party
The Therapist/s will be responsible for invoicing My Pamper Party for payment of the previously agreed sums following each engagement. My Pamper Party payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice (and Consultation Forms if applicable). Payment is generally made on completion of the assignment within 7 working days by bank transfer / company cheque. I agree that it is my responsibility to deal with all income tax affairs for payment received for freelance assignments.
Freelance Therapist/s will not disclose details of their remuneration to any third party.
Refer a Friend
My Pamper Party are currently offering one-off Refer a Friend incentive of £10.00 per Therapist for all our registered practioners. This will be payable once the Therapist has successfully completed their first Party for My Pamper Party and must therefore include receipt of a completed My Pamper Party Registration Form and all relevant certificates and insurance documentation. The Therapist who is recommending a Friend should contact My Pamper Party to notify them to expect the registration and the Therapist joining the scheme should mention their Friend at the point of Registration. My Pamper Party is unable to back-date payment previous recommendations. Once a bonus has been paid for a Therapist then any future parties completed by the new Therapist will not be eligible for payment. Any Therapist who has previously registered with My Pamper Party at any point, will not be counted as a New Therapist and will therefore not be eligible for payment of the incentive.
I agree that My Pamper Party will assign work for me on a self-employed basis and make no guarantee of the amount of work or income I will receive from submitting my details to the Worldwide Host Service Referral Network Database.
I understand and agree that My Pamper Party are not accountable in any way for my actions or any third party claims against me including therapies and / or services rendered or advice given to the Host/s or Guest/s or general public. I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform My Pamper Party of any change in the details I have submitted about myself and my services as soon as possible. I also agree that to be given an assignment it is my responsibility to make sure that I have valid insurance cover and a valid state / city license to practice (US and other licensed countries) and abide by the governing law of the country I reside and practice in respect of my therapies / services offered.
I understand that the primary goal of My Pamper Party is to provide a low cost solution for Therapist/s to gain extra work by matching Host enquiries with professional qualified practitioners. I agree that I have completed the Worldwide Host Service Referral Network Form honestly and I have not withheld any information.
It is the responsibility of the Therapist to acquaint themselves with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at the discretion of My Pamper Party. The Therapist is bound by the Terms and Conditions as current at the time of accepting the engagement.
